Santorini Wine Tours Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions that apply for Santorini Tours



  • All bookings should be confirmed in writing by email or by fax. vins oenotourism events, reserves the right to cancel or amend a Tour or Customized Travel for any reason, at any time prior to the start date. In this case, refund of any payments received from you constitutes full settlement. vins oenotourism events also reserves the right to pass through any increases in government taxes and other taxes and fees that may be levied on a Tour or Customized Travel, without prior notice.


Payment policy:

  • All bookings require payment as seen below: A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 25% of the total package per person is required for vins oenotourism events to reserve a space for you. Your booking is not confirmed, and payment is not deemed made until the deposit is received by vins oenotourism events and you receive a booking confirmation. Your reservation will be automatically cancelled if your deposit is not received by vins oenotourism events by the deposit due date. Payment of the deposit indicates you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions.
  • The remainder of the payment for your booking will be due 45 days prior the date of commencement of your tour. If the final payment is not received by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled, and your deposit will be retained by vins oenotourism events. Payment in full is required at time of booking for reservations that are made within the 45 days window prior to the commencement of your tour.
  • Payment may be made by bank transfer or by credit card however surcharges apply for the following cards (0% for VISA / Mastercard, and 3% for AMEX / China Union Pay). We also require that you sign and return a credit card authorization form which authorizes vins oenotourism events to charge the agreed amount to your credit card or if paying your deposit by bank transfer, an authorization form for the remaining balance.



  • For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the tour date, 50% of the total tour cost (less any bank transfer fees) will be refunded.
  • For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the tour date, 100% of the total booking amount (less any bank transfer fees) will be refunded.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing (letter, email or fax) by the person who made the booking. Cancellations will be effective on the next business day after the receipt of your written notice.
  • In the case of the amendment of travel dates, each case will be considered individually.
  • No refunds shall be made if a client: fails to show up for a tour departure; arrives late or leaves a tour early; or voluntarily chooses not to participate in any activity or service contracted in the tour. No exceptions shall be made to this policy.
  • No refund will be made for any missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other unused service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable without any exceptions.
